瞄准测量仪OPTRO-PPS-031用于测量制品平面的非线性、平行差、非垂直度和非水平度，还可以测量孔的非同轴度。

该仪器可以用来监控线条、板、导向车床、大型引擎构架、轧机、压机、涡轮机、支撑盘等的线性和水平度及传动轴的同轴度，用来检验重型机床、压机等安装时的高度标定，还可以用来检验机床等机械在位移过程中部件的运动线性。

仪器OPTRO-PPS-031可保证在30米距离范围内，无需操作人员，自动测量线状体线性、平行性、垂直度和水平度及孔同轴度的偏差。通过专业软件，对测量结果进行计算和视频数据组处理。

如加装自动准直模块（根据客户要求），该仪器可以通过将光学镜面元件弧中心定位在瞄准轴上，用于校正瞄准操作。 

该仪器的开发，采用了测量瞄准筒PPS-11的使用经验。

原理全新的无接触式微型万用角度表，其原理是在数字视频TV光敏感矩阵上测量标记影像的转角，并通过电脑对采集的视频数据组进行处理。标记布局是一个具有已知位置的二维单元集，比如：是一个由圆形单元组成的的直交阵，在相对亮度为零的背景下单元的相对亮度为1。

该表的优点是：体积小（光敏感矩阵大小不超过10mm），防止标记侧移（轴承振动和径向跳动），与同类产品相比价格低，标记可以安放在距离转子旋转轴很远的位置。

万用角度表OPTRO-DU软件工作视窗

无接触式微型万用角度表分辨率可以达到百分之一弧秒。表的精度取决于标记的制作精度。对于简单应用，标记可以做在纸或胶片上，测量误差为±5 – 10弧秒。角度测量误差为±1弧秒或者更小，需要使用铬光刻技术制造更高精度的标记。
